In celebration of International Womens Day, the Indian Yoga and Naturopathy Centre in Damoh hosted an inspiring yoga session exclusively for women. The event, held from 6:00 to 7:00 AM, Joined by five enthusiastic participants – Nidhi Choudhary, Anju Verma, Anjana Ahirwal, Ranjana Uikey, Ranu Rai – come together to honor their strength and embrace health.

The morning yoga session was led by Dr. Vaibhav Choudhary, who guided the participants through a series of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Dr. Vaibhav explained that such practices help not only in physical fitness but also in uplifting the spirit, building inner confidence, and nurturing emotional well-being.
The session was designed to provide a holistic experience that nourishes both the body and the mind. Participants expressed their joy and gratitude, sharing that the session left them feeling empowered, refreshed, and ready to take on new challenges.
