As India marked its 79th Independence Day on 15th August 2025, the Indian Yoga and Naturopathy Centre, Damoh, in collaboration with INYGMA MP Chapter, hosted a special one-day free consultation camp. This initiative aimed to give the gift of health to our local community, reflecting the true spirit of freedom – freedom from disease and dependency.

The Event: Empowering Community Health
On this vibrant national day, nine individuals visited our centre, each seeking guidance on different health concerns: diabetes, hypertension, weight loss, stress management, constipation, and the ever-relevant goal of improving concentration.
Dr. Vaibhav Choudhary (B.N.Y.S., MSc. Yoga, C.B.T.) provided detailed consultations, tailored home remedies, and foundational yoga-Naturopathy education. Importantly, this outreach wasn’t just about treatment – it was about empowerment, education, and planting the seeds for long-lasting well-being.

Patient Journey: Real Stories, Real Results
This Independence Day, each patient left with actionable tools and hope. For example, a middle-aged visitor with diabetes and early hypertension received not just a medication prescription, but a personally curated yoga routine and food plan. An overwhelmed student struggling with focus was shown candle gazing (Trataka) and simple “brain foods” to include in her diet.
Through such interventions, we strive not only to address diseases but to promote Swasthya – a state of health that is holistic, sustainable, and empowering.
Why Free Consultations on Independence Day?
Freedom is not just political or social – it must extend to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By offering free yoga and naturopathy consultations, we hope to:
