INYGMA Madhya Pradesh Delegation Meets Minister Govind Singh Rajput to Promote Naturopathy and Yoga

Bhopal, August 7, 2025 – In a significant move towards integrating Naturopathy and Yoga healthcare practices into the state’s public health system, a delegation from the INYGMA Madhya Pradesh met with Shri Govind Singh Rajput, Hon’ble Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Government of Madhya Pradesh, yesterday.

The delegation, comprising Dr. Ankesh Singh, Dr. Jyoti Keshwani, Dr. Saraswati Tewani, and Dr. Vakeel Khan, discussed strategies for the promotion and development of Naturopathy and Yoga throughout Madhya Pradesh. The members highlighted the immense potential of these natural healing sciences in advancing public health and wellness, particularly in rural and semi-urban regions.

Minister Rajput expressed his appreciation for the initiative and assured the delegation of his positive support. In a prompt move, he forwarded the delegation’s proposal to the Hon’ble AYUSH Minister, ensuring that the matter would receive further attention and necessary action at the government level.

This meeting is being seen as a constructive step towards incorporating traditional healing methods into mainstream public health, aiming to benefit individuals across diverse communities in the state.
