The event, held from 6:00 to 7:00 AM, Joined by five enthusiastic participants – Nidhi Choudhary, Anju Verma, Anjana Ahirwal, Ranjana Uikey, Ranu Rai – come together to honor their strength and embrace health.

    • If he follows these natural methods, his sugar levels will automatically improve, and he won’t need lifelong medicines.

    Now, this person is not just treated – he is empowered. He doesn’t have to depend on doctors because he knows how to manage his health.

    2. Constipation – Medicine is Not the Solution, Lifestyle Is

    A lady comes with severe constipation and asks for a quick remedy. Instead of just suggesting a laxative or some herbs, I explain:

    • Constipation is caused by eating less fiber, drinking less water, and sitting for long hours.
    • If she eats more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and drinks enough water, she won’t need medicine.
    • Daily yoga asanas like Vajrasana, Pawanmuktasana and Malasana will naturally help her digestion.

    Now, she understands the cause and knows how to prevent the problem forever. This is true empowerment.

    3. Fever – Trust Your Body Instead of Panicking

    A worried mother rushes in because her child has a fever and asks for urgent treatment. Instead of just giving medicine, I explain:

    • Fever is not an enemy; it is the body’s natural way of fighting infections.
    • Instead of immediately giving strong medicines, let the child rest, drink warm fluids, and eat light food.
    • If the fever is high, we can use cold compresses and hydration to help naturally.

    Now, this mother is empowered – next time, she won’t panic and will know how to handle minor fevers at home.

    Similarly, when a person falls sick, we shouldn’t just treat one symptom – we must understand and heal the whole person.
